Debugging the wetware component of the protocol stack

As an example of how the Slack integration looks, how would anybody go about unblocking the wetware pipe to allow thoughts and conversations to flow into the system?

@Bruce First off, wetware takes time to warm up, but once momentum is achieved it can run itself very smoothly and efficiently. There are two key things you need to do:

  1. Reduce friction as much as possible.  The higher the barrier to entry, the steeper the climb you have to climb.  The good news is, anything you do here to help get things started will continue to reap dividends once movement is established.
  2. However low the friction, you are still going to have to push, push, push to get that truck rolling.  Keep looking for conversations to fill your channels and generate the self-sustaining buzz.

Debugging human behaviour is hard. Software and computers are a walk in the park by comparison.
